Initial scope and budget quoted in USD or EUR at agreed exchange rate. Quote layout matches Western HQ expectations (line items, milestones, payment schedule).
2. Contract in EN, signed bilaterally
Standard English contract, with Korean translation available for the local entity. Both parties sign before kickoff.
3. Wire-friendly invoices
Invoices issued in EN with full wire instructions (SWIFT / BIC / IBAN-equivalent / beneficiary details). Korean VAT documentation attached.
4. HQ-ready accounting summary
Final accounting summary in English with cost breakdown by category — directly expensable at HQ without local translation.

Is Korean VAT included in USD invoices?
Korean VAT documentation is provided alongside USD/EUR invoices so your local entity's accounting integrates cleanly with HQ. The VAT treatment depends on the supply structure — REFAD's finance team coordinates with your AP/tax team to optimize the approach.
What's the minimum project size?
USD 25,000+. Hourly rate USD 100–149. Single-service engagements (video-only, design-only, web/RSVP-only) also accepted.
Is a deposit required?
Standard schedule is a deposit at contract signing, milestone payment(s) during production, and final balance after event delivery. Specific schedule is negotiated per project size.
Can REFAD handle a Master Service Agreement (MSA) framework?
Yes. For HQs with multi-year multi-event needs, REFAD operates under MSA + SOW structures. Standard NDAs and data-handling clauses can be incorporated.
