The Challenge
ECS&NICE CXone — the global customer-experience (CX) cloud platform from ECS&NICE Ltd. — required a flagship Korea launch event in Seoul to formally introduce its CX cloud platform to the Korean B2B market: contact-center decision-makers, enterprise IT leadership, partner channel, and CX/customer-success media. The brief required a production partner who could simultaneously handle (a) a stage and visual identity faithful to a global enterprise SaaS brand, (b) live product demo content suitable for a senior B2B audience evaluating a multi-million-won cloud platform purchase, (c) bilingual (English / Korean) run-of-show with global headquarters speakers and Korean enterprise prospects in the room, and (d) a launch narrative that positioned ECS&NICE CXone credibly against incumbent on-premise contact-center vendors in the Korean market. Above all, the client required one accountable partner — not a patchwork of vendors — to safeguard a brand making its formal Korean market entry.
REFAD's Approach
- Unified in-house team — planning, design, video, technical production, and IT/web all delivered by a single REFAD team, removing vendor coordination overhead for the client's APAC marketing lead.
- B2B SaaS launch narrative — stage and run-of-show structured around a clear market-entry story: why now, why Korea, why CXone — designed for senior contact-center and CX decision-makers, not a generic product showcase.
- 3D-visualized stage proposal — enterprise-grade stage and spatial concepts rendered in Rhino + KeyShot + Enscape before construction, so the global brand and Korean GTM team could align with confidence.
- Bilingual run-of-show — English-medium cue sheets and Korean operational briefings, with simultaneous interpretation prepared for global headquarters speakers and Korean enterprise audience.
- On-site command — dedicated PM, technical director, and floor managers from REFAD's in-house technical division, briefed on enterprise B2B audience expectations.

Outcome
ECS&NICE CXone's Korea launch was executed to global enterprise SaaS standards with a single point of accountability. The launch positioned the platform credibly to Korean contact-center and CX decision-makers, and the post-event sketch film became reusable launch collateral across ECS&NICE CXone's APAC channels. The engagement became a reference case for multinational B2B SaaS brands evaluating Seoul as their Korea / APAC market-entry venue.
