The Challenge
Super Star Ensol is LG Energy Solution's flagship internal festival — a multi-thousand-employee competition program designed to surface internal talent and reinforce a shared organizational culture across the global battery enterprise. Season 2's brief required a brand system that felt unmistakably LG Energy Solution, a stage and broadcast environment that could carry a multi-thousand-employee audience, and an operating system that handled simultaneous tracks of competition without a single fragmented moment.
