The Challenge
Atlas Copco — the Swedish-headquartered global industrial group — needed a leadership forum in Seoul that would bring together APAC regional executives for multi-day strategic alignment. The brief required a production partner that could simultaneously handle (a) premium stage and spatial design reflecting a Fortune-500-grade global brand, (b) bilingual (English / Korean) run-of-show execution, (c) video content that could be shared across APAC markets post-event, and (d) flawless technical operation across multiple sessions. The client required one accountable partner — not a patchwork of vendors.
REFAD's Approach
- Unified in-house team — planning, design, video, technical production, and IT/web all delivered by a single REFAD team, removing vendor coordination overhead for the client's global events lead.
- 3D-visualized stage proposal — proposed stage and spatial concepts rendered in Rhino + KeyShot + Enscape before construction, so decision-makers in Sweden and Korea could align with confidence.
- Bilingual run-of-show — English-medium cue sheets and Korean operational briefings, with simultaneous interpretation-ready booth and audio routing.
- Content production in parallel — opening VCR, highlight reel, and interview content shot and edited on a timeline that allowed same-week APAC-wide rollout.
- On-site command — dedicated PM, technical director, and floor managers deployed from REFAD's in-house technical division.
